I think that there is so much that I can take from nature and learn from. I saw this beautiful Meadowlark the other day, hopefully I can use it as inspiration for a beautiful piece of art

The Eyes

I have found lately that it is the way we portray the eye in an image that creates the emotion of the whole piece...it doesn't necessarily matter what happens in the rest of the piece, but if the eyes are not captivating, there isn't enough substance there
